We believe you should have access to a person when you have a problem. That is why we have service technicians available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to handle emergency parts inquiries and service needs.

In-stock parts can be shipped within one business day. When emergencies happen, we will work with you to get your machinery up and running as soon as possible.

Personalized Service

Our customer service personnel are available to coordinate parts shipments and assist with identifying the proper mechanical and electrical components for every application. If needed, we can also arrange for on-site service by a technician.When it comes to installation, we focus on single source responsibility by hiring, scheduling and supervising each subcontractor. Our team will check, calibrate and start-up all machinery systems to support an on-time and on-budget installation.

To keep your line running long after it's installed, Davis-Standard, LLC has a dedicated Spare Parts and Customer Support Team that can be reached whenever you need them. Our Spare Parts Team has all your data on electronic file, so we can help you find a solution to your spare parts problems quickly and easily. Then there's our Customer Support Team. They'll help you with preventative maintenance, equipment retrofits, and servicing existing equipment. All you need to do is call.
