Davis-Standard at Interwire 2009

Davis-Standard, LLC will be exhibiting at booth #3400 at the upcoming Interwire show in Cleveland Ohio, April 25-30. Davis-Standard’s wire and cable specialists will be available to discuss the company’s extensive line of Davis-Standard and Merritt wire and cable equipment. This includes high-speed systems for datacom, construction/building, optical fiber, power, automotive, high-temperature and specialty wire processing applications. These systems are available with semi-automatic payoffs and take-ups to suit the application.

In addition to fully integrated systems, Davis-Standard supplies customizable equipment. Single reel payoffs and take-ups range from 12 to 120 inches (300 to 3,000mm) with up to a 40,000-pound (18,000 kg) capacity. These are available in portal, cantilevered arm and floor traversing configurations. Accumulator systems, in vertical and horizontal configurations, are equipped with light and heavy-duty capacities to 1,000 feet (300 meters). Capstans encompass ultra high-speed multi-pass arrangements; belt wrap capstans 18 to 84 inches (450 to 2,100mm) in vertical, horizontal or inverted configurations; and linear capstans 24 to 84 inches (600 to 2,100mm) in length in both conventional and SRL configurations.
